Annabel & Barnaby wedding at The York Club

Updated: Jan 14

Annie and Barny got married on the 3rd of June 2022. The theme for their wedding was lavender purple which I LOVEE. Purple is my absolute favourite colour and personally I think it edits beautifully with my style of editing. Here are some photographs of Annie with her bridal party getting ready in Datchet.

By a very funny coincidence Barny booked an airbnb that was just up the road from where Annie was getting ready!

The boys had the most fantastic kilts on! They were made by MacGregor and MacDuff. I love the detail shots my second shooter captured of Barny's button hole and his pocket watch along with all of those other little suit details. Details I find are very important for my style of photography - it draws the day together nicely in my couples galleries.

Annie got a black cab from the house to St Mary the Virgin Church.

Below is a little collection of photos taken during Annie and Barny's church ceremony.

Annie and Barny's Reception was at The York club in Windsor.

We were so lucky to escape some showery weather. Along with missing the rain we got so lucky with capturing some golden hour before the sun disappeared under the trees.

The York Club backs onto the Windsor Great park- meaning couples photos were completely magical; wide open fields, long grass, and a few lakes. Well... I was totally in my element with this venue. And not forgetting to mention when I got them on the kids space hoppers! EPICCC.

Next up on the agenda was group images. This part of the day is something I always like to make as organised and calm as possible. Having too many group photos in your canape session can ruin your amount of time to mingle with your guests.

I always suggest to my couples having a limit of about 10/15 groups max, so you have enough time to see everyone and not be under any stress. Plus, you will have more time for fun group photos like you can see below (rather than the standard line shots).
